Cultural Resources Management Plan
This has been a long, complex, and at times very challenging project. Throughout the process I've always been able to count on your company's excellent work, professionalism, and commitment. I look forward to working together on other projects.- Principal and Project Manager,
Fort Snelling National Cemetery
I share your understanding of the need to build on our past in order to provide a vision for the future.- Senator Norm Coleman
Our team believes that preservation is about preserving the irreplaceable for future generations to enjoy. Successful preservation should serve as an economic development tool that also helps a growing community to develop a unique identity and an appreciation for the past. A plan must be practical, recognizing each community's limited resources yet encouraging the preservation ethos to resonate throughout the community. In order to be successful, a preservation plan must be implementable and incorporated into all aspects of a community's planning and development activities. The 106 Group's planning work is always in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Planning, but our staff go beyond this for we understand the importance of integrating preservation planning into broader planning functions.
We offer services in the following areas:
- Preservation planning
- Design guidelines
- National Register of Historic Places nominations
- Photographic documentation
- Conservation assessments
- Analysis of effects
- Finishes analysis
- Reuse studies
- Rehabilitation investment tax credits
