Measuring the success of a program requires an ongoing process of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses are being challenged by investors and funders to quantify success and measure the effectiveness of their work. At the 106 Group, we develop plans using a logic model that describes the relationship between investments, activities, and results and provides an approach to integrate planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. We have experience in quantifying economic benefits and social returns through cost benefit analyses, economic impact studies, and standardized measures of performance.
