Chris is responsible for the overall beauty and functionality of a project’s design. Through his artistic direction and media choices, a meaningful visitor experience is ensured for our clients. In all of his work, Chris places great emphasis on providing accessible and engaging content for a broad audience through innovative and interactive means.
Chris has worked on many projects that integrate his skills in exhibit design, interactive web design, graphic design, video production, and archaeology. Much of Chris’s work at the 106 Group conveys interpretive themes and stories through compelling exhibits and displays.
Currently, Chris is working on interpretive and wayfinding exhibits for a new visitor center for Ohiopyle State Park, and National Park Services’ Blue Ridge Parkway, and Badlands. Among his many projects, he recently designed exhibits for the award-winning International Crane Foundation, WI and Main Street Blytheville Greyhound Bus Station, AR.
Chris’ technical expertise in design and development includes mastery of Abelton Live, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Flash, Dreamweaver, Apple Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Digidesign Pro Tools, Microsoft Access, along with ActionScript, (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, VBA, and SQL languages.
