The 106 Group staff meet the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualifications Standards in architecture, landscape architecture, historical architecture, and architectural history. Our staff identify, inventory and evaluate buildings, structures and landscapes, prepare NRHP and local landmark nominations, perform historic building and landscape assessments, prepare tax credit applications and HABS/HAER/ HALS and MHPR documentation, and recommend preservation treatments. They also develop design guidelines, preservation ordinances and investment incentive programs.
